Products
are inspected prior to shipping in an
effort to ensure 'plug-in-and-light-up' operation. Blowmold Central ensures the products it provides you are free of defects in materials and
workmanship. However, it is possible that a light bulb (if included) may get
damaged during shipping although we take precautionary measures to prevent this.
If a bulb is included and it is damaged, we will gladly replace it!
If your product fails to be in good working order when it arrives,
contact Blowmold Central immediately. If the Representative determines that your electrical cord is defective, a new one will be sent to
you. However, Blowmold Central requests that you send us your defective cord for
troubleshooting so that a determination can be made and the problem prevented
from recurring.
If your shipment arrives and it appears to have been opened or tampered with,
exercise judgment whether or not to accept it and have the delivery person note the damage. Please read our
Return Policy so you are familiar with our policy and
procedures concerning damaged shipments. It is the responsibility of each
user of this website to READ and UNDERSTAND the Guarantee and Return
Policies. If you fail to read/understand these policies, not follow
instructions and encounter a problem, please note, we will be stringent in
adhering to our policies and NO fees are waived.
