Products
The hollow, painted plastic products we carry are manufactured to United States electrical standards:  they have not been approved or designed for use outside U.S. territory.  Blowmold Central is committed to selling only the highest-quality products.

Caution !The products available from Blowmold Central are intended for indoor / outdoor decorative use only. THEY ARE NOT TOYS!  Although Blowmold Central carries a variety of manufacturer’s products, the selection and/or sale of  products by Blowmold Central by no means signifies an endorsement of any one product over another. Please read carefully any inserts and/or packaging that accompanies your products and use the product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. 

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements, etc.   Blowmold Central is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.  Light bulbs are generally not included with products by manufacturers unless specified.

Cancellations
Effective January, 2002, there is a $10.00 cancellation fee for all cancelled orders, whether or not the order has been shipped.  This fee is in addition to any restocking fees, shipping and handling charges, or any other related fees.

If you have questions or are unsure of an item you wish to order, send an email or telephone us PRIOR to ordering to answer your query.  If you require items by a specific date, please also inquire and/or let us know this BEFORE placing the order.

Blowmold Central reserves the right to refuse orders accompanied by inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete information.  Incorrect, inaccurate and/or incomplete orders will be placed at the end of queue, further  delaying your order and possibly canceling it.  If Blowmold Central elects to cancel your order due to inaccurate, incorrect, and/or incomplete information submitted by you, a non-refundable $10.00 cancellation fee will apply.  

Due to the resources and time spent in preparing orders, orders which are changed or modified in ANY way once they've been submitted to Blowmold Central will incur a $10.00 change-order fee.  Please order CAREFULLY.

Shipping
We ship to addresses anywhere in the United States (we do not ship to international addresses at this time).  APO and FPO addresses welcomed.

When ordering, please order carefully!  Please ensure the information you submit to us regarding your order IS correct.  Before you submit your order, please PROOFREAD to ensure your name, telephone number, billing address and shipping address, zip codes, telephone numbers are correct to avoid anHi, I'm Charles...I'd rather be driving my truck!  I have to get out from time to time to deliver your package(s).  We at Blowmold Central do our part to minimize errors, we simply ask that you do yours.  Thank you. address correction charge, non-deliverable or other related fees/charges imposed by the carrier!

Please note some packaging may require additional shipping and handling charges based on irregular dimensions and/or the destination to which the package is being shipped.  In those instances, we will contact you for your consent prior to shipping.  On a few occasions, the items you select may cause our online store to over calculate your shipping and handling charges, due to dimensions of items selected, etc.  Please rest assured, if this occurs, we WILL adjust your shipping and handling charges.

If you would like the carrier to send your order to another address other than what you originally put on your order, please check with the carrier to see if you will be charged for a 'correction/amendment'  BEFORE requesting a change.  If the carrier bills Blowmold Central for your 'correction/amendment', that charge and all other related charges WILL be PASSED ON TO YOU!  (refer to above paragraph).

Please keep all packing materials and documentation for at least five (5) days after receipt of your order, in the event that your product has to be exchanged/returned.

SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS and RUSH ITEMS  WILL REQUIRE A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

If you order an item which is currently out of stock (backordered), Blowmold Central will notify you promptly. Due to volatility, production timeframes, high demand of products, etc., we regret we cannot guarantee an expected date of delivery.  Hours of operation are between  9:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday – Friday.  Queries can been sent via email to orders@blowmoldcentral.com.

When you place an order, you can request to receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you request this service, once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email which includes your order’s tracking number. Just email orders@blowmoldcentral.com or complete the form on our tracking information page, if you desire this service. Be sure to include your name, order number and date order was placed.

Online Orders  

Ordering from Blowmold Central is simple with our secure on-line ordering system.  You may order on-line 24 hours a day.  Once you enter the online store, you are on a secure server that utilizes secure socket layers (SSL), an advanced encryption technology.  Credit card information is encrypted when transmitted, making it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information sent via secured server.  

After you place an order with Blowmold Central, you should receive an AUTOMATIC email acknowledgement to confirm that Blowmold Central has received your order.  This email will contain the details of your order, ESTIMATED shipping & handling, and total amount that will be billed to your credit card, NOT INCLUDING applicable TAXES (if ordered from or shipped to a addresses within the State of New York) or charges (if additional shipping is needed).  In either case (taxes, additional shipping charges) you will be notified. 

Your credit card is charged only when your order is shipped (except in cases where special fees or charges are incurred) and only items that ship are charged (except in cases where item(s) were SPECIAL ORDERS placed at the customer's request).  If your credit card is declined, Blowmold Central is not obligated to ship your order and reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion.  In this instance, Blowmold Central will contact you by email or any other reasonable means to advise you of the status of your order and will request you to contact Blowmold Central.

Mail Orders
To order by mail, simply print out our order form.  Then browse our online store, making note of items you want.  When you are done, mail the completed form together with your form of payment to Blowmold Central, 78 Church Street # 2150, Saratoga Springs, NY  12866.  (Omitting your telephone number may delay your order and/or effect a cancellation, in the event we need to contact you.)  Note:  it is wise to check stock via email prior to mailing your order.

Special Orders
Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order.  All special orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, Blowmold Central will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control.  Cancellation of special orders will be subject to a cancellation fee in addition to the above.

Telephone Representative Hours
Telephone representative hours have changed.  You are now required to utilize our online Customer Service form or send an email for a representative to  research your query and get back to you via email.  If you send an email from your public library, etc., the representative will answer your query via U.S. Postal Service if an address was provided with your query.  If one is not provided, we will be unable to respond.

Standard office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time.  Please allow up to 48 hours for a representative to respond. However, we are currently operating on a seasonal part-time basis during our transition which in some cases, has delayed orders up to 30 days.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.  If you need an item rather quickly, please communicate with us via email PRIOR to ordering to get an accurate timeframe for shipment/delivery.  We appreciate your patience as we design a better shopping experience.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  Emails or voicemail messages that contain profanity and/or rude, insulting, inappropriate remarks will NOT be returned nor tolerated - so 'game players' beware.  Please review our Agreement on internet etiquette.

Sales Tax
NEW YORK customers, our online store calculates ALL sales tax at 8.5%.  We will ADJUST your order to reflect your LOCAL sales tax.  If you're mailing an order, please add the appropriate New York State sales tax for your area.

Blowmold Central is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders submitted by New York State residents and/or shipped to addresses in the State of New York.  If we are required to collect sales tax from you and this website did not add your sales tax, we will calculate it based on New York State sales tax chart for your area and add it to your credit card accordingly.

Errors and Inaccuracies
A possibility exists that the Website could include inaccuracies or errors and that unauthorized additions, deletions and alterations could inadvertently be made to the Website by server updates.  Although Blowmold Central attempts to ensure the integrity of the Website, it makes no guarantees whatsoever as to the completeness, correctness or accuracy of the Website.  At any time, in the event an inaccuracy is believed present, please inform Blowmold Central so we may verify and have it corrected or clarified which ever is applicable.

Please keep in mind that color monitors display colors differently, and from time to time, a manufacturer may alter the color(s) of its product(s).  If you have concerns about the color of a product, please email orders@blowmoldcentral.com with your specific questions and we will get back to you promptly.

Customer Errors / Inaccuracies
Incorrect, inaccurate and/or incomplete orders will be placed at the end of queue, further  delaying your order and possibly canceling it.  If Blowmold Central elects to cancel your order due to inaccurate, incorrect, and/or incomplete information submitted by you, a non-refundable $10.00 cancellation fee will apply.  

Delivery Timeframe
Normal processing time and shipment of orders for in-stock merchandise is generally within 24 hours to 7 business days EXCEPT during our busy holiday seasons and immediately thereafter, which would take longer.  Please DO NOT place orders for items which are not in stock, as we have discontinued the notification process.  Due to volatility, production timeframes, high demand of items, discontinuation of products, etc., we  cannot guarantee an expected date of delivery or availability on sold out items.  Please keep in mind that your credit card is charged only when your order ships. Inaccurate, incomplete and unverifiable information on orders will delay processing of your order thus extending the delivery timeframe and may even effect a cancellation of your order.

Remember to ensure your name, telephone number and shipping address are correct as printed on your order form.  If the carrier amends your shipping address, you may be charged an additional fee per carton (plus any other applicable fees) by Blowmold Central to cover the 'correction' fee imposed by the Carrier.  If your order is being shipped to a commercial business location not otherwise used as a residence, please indicate the name of the business on your order form (for example, John Doe, c/o The Doe Company).

Express delivery service may be available for some items, if you desire your items in a hurry.  Please contact us for pricing. Remember:  telephone numbers are required on ALL orders.  If you do not furnish a telephone number or you furnish an incorrect number, if there is a problem with your delivery, wherein the carrier needs to contact you, we will not be held responsible.  Some ground carriers require a telephone number should they need to contact you if they encounter a problem attempting delivery.  If you have a PRIVATE telephone number you do not wish to have appear on your shipping label, please let us know PRIOR to or DIRECTLY AFTER placing your order.  Please note, your telephone number IS required for order processing, but we will OMIT your telephone number from your shipping label.

Return Policy, Guarantee & Exchanges

If merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient, the purchaser (gift-giver) will receive the credit minus shipping and handling, if applicable.  

Gift purchases made via credit card and returned by the recipient will be credited back to the purchaser, if return is performed within the appropriate timeframe.

For your security, please insure any packages being returned to us against loss in transit.  If your 'returned' package never arrives, we will not be responsible.  All approved refunds will be paid by the method they were submitted.  ALL shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  All returns are subject to restocking fees.

Payments
TeleCheck coming soon  

For your convenience, Blowmold Central accepts the following forms of payment:  Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards (must have Visa or Mastercard symbol on it), TeleCheck (coming soon), and Checks and Money Orders by mail.  Money Order and Credit card orders are generally shipped within 24 hours up to 7 business days.  Check orders are held until bank clearance.  (Note:  If you are in a hurry for your merchandise, CERTIFY your check or send in a money order!)

Debit Card Users:  Please be advised when you shop using your debit card, funds may be removed from your account immediately.  These funds are not removed by us--they are usually held by the Financial Institution until your order ships.  If you do not like this procedure, we suggest you utilize a credit card rather than a debit card.  If you have issues over the process, please contact your Financial Institution and discuss it with them -- there is nothing we can do about it.

Dishonored checks - Please note that if your bank returns your check to us unpaid for ANY reason, you will be assessed a handling fee of $30.00 in addition to any other fees you may incur with your financial institution.  In this event, payment to Blowmold Central is required immediately  (once a check is dishonored, we will no longer accept a check from you.  Funds must be presented in the form of a credit card, money order, teller's check or certified bank check.  If the issue of a dishonored check goes unpaid for an extensive period of time, it will be referred to legal counsel for resolution.)

Please do not send cash!  Blowmold Central is not responsible for cash sent/lost though the mail.
