GENERAL NOTICE
This policy supersedes policies appearing on all
other Blowmold Central literature, and are in effect for purchases made after
January 1, 2002.
Blowmold Central does not authorize anyone to make a warranty
of any kind on its behalf and you may not rely on any statement of
warranty. Blowmold Central
maintains its own quality control standards in an effort to ensure your purchase
arrives free of defects in materials and workmanship including but not limited
to inspection and/or testing of cord sets (when assembled with bulb). If
you encounter a problem, contact Blowmold Central directly and we will function
as liaison between you and the manufacturer to effect a resolution of the
problem without disclosing your personal identifiable information, if at all
possible (this pertains ONLY to items Blowmold Central sells you). This section survives
termination of this Agreement.
SPECIAL
NOTICE: The decorations Blowmold Central supplies are hollow, painted
pieces which are mass produced. Minor paint imperfections, color changes,
design changes, chipped paint spots, over sprays, under sprays, if any, are NOT
considered defects. A defective product would be considered a
figure missing a leg, an arm, etc., or have some type of deformity not typical
of what the product should look like. Please rest assured that these items
would not even be offered to the public by Blowmold Central. If you
receive an item with a faulty cord, the cord will be replaced--you do not need
to return the item(s).
CANCELLATIONS
There is a $10.00 cancellation
fee for all cancelled orders, whether or not it has been shipped. This fee
is in addition to any restocking fees, shipping and handling charges, or any
other related fees. If you have questions or are
unsure of an item you wish to order, send an email or telephone us
PRIOR to ordering.
If your order has shipped prior to an order
cancellation, YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED! You will have to wait for
your order to arrive, contact us for a RMA number, legibly print the RMA number given to you on
the package and follow our return instructions. Please know you will be responsible for all shipping & handling charges,
PLUS the $10.00 cancellation fee PLUS any related restocking charges. These
charges will be deducted from any refund amounts/credits due you.
Due
to the resources and time spent in preparing orders, orders which are changed or
modified in ANY way once they've been submitted to Blowmold Central will incur a
$10.00 change-order fee. Please order CAREFULLY.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Should you need to return a purchased product, here are the necessary steps to follow:

Claims are started by contacting our Customer
Service Department for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Before returning any product, you must acquire an RMA number! NO returns/exchanges,
of any type, will be accepted without an
RMA number.

Legibly write the RMA number close to the address label, but DO NOT write
on the label.

Properly pack (preferably in the original carton), insure, and ship your return/exchange
to Blowmold Central,
prepaid; or, if possible, you may request we issue a
call tag to have the package(s) retrieved by the carrier. If we issue a call tag, all
applicable shipping charges and restocking fees will be deducted from your
merchandise total.
All returns will be decided at Blowmold Central's
discretion for exchange, credit or refund. ALL returns are subject to a
restocking fee of between 15% (unopened) and 25% (opened, items with
missing parts), and the process must be INITIATED
within seven (7) days of receipt of order. If the
return/exchange process is not initiated after seven (7) days,
NO returns/exchanges will be honored and/or accepted for refund, credit or exchange.
SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Refunds, if applicable,
will be issued within 30-days after all processes (receipt and inspection of
returned merchandise) have been completed. Return/exchange
matters cannot remain "open" indefinitely.
If we do not receive the 'returned' item(s) within 3 weeks after the RMA and/or
call-tag has been issued, your matter will be CLOSED and your request for
return/exchange WILL NOT be accepted.
Note:
Shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the customer's
responsibility, unless the return is due to a product defect. Returned/Exchanged
products MUST be in new condition and available for resale. Product
packaging on returns/exchanges is preferred to be not opened (unless defective), and must include
ALL original packing
materials, documentation, and any accessories/promos provided with the
merchandise.
In the event a parcel arrives damaged,
ask the delivery person to note the damage. NEXT, use your
discretion whether or not to refuse the parcel and contact us immediately.

If the damage is minimal and you decide to keep the merchandise, have the driver
make a notation of the damage ANYWAY! This may help you should you encounter
a problem after the carrier leaves.
UNDELIVERABLE shipments will be
subject to the maximum restocking fee in
addition to applicable shipping & handling and any other related charges. REFUSED
shipments will not be accepted by Blowmold Central nor will credit be issued
without an RMA number.
NOTE:
THERE IS A CHARGE IMPOSED BY THE CARRIER TO HAVE YOUR ORDER RETURNED TO US
AND THIS CHARGE WILL BE PASSED ON TO YOU!
This pertains to ALL orders returned to Blowmold Central.
We DO NOT credit shipping and handling
charges. NO exceptions.
